Typically, Christmas products ship within 5-10 business days.

Custom orders require up to 4 weeks for processing once the design is approved before shipping. You can expect to receive a digital mock-up within 7-10 business days (only if the product explicitly specifies). Rush processing is available within a few products already. If you require expedited processing, kindly inform us before placing your order so that we can assess whether we can accommodate your request.

All other orders ship within 2 weeks.

Items are hand made and therefore no two pieces will be exactly alike. Your order will be created as shown with the addition of your personalization and color choices.

Custom orders will be made based on the design mock up with the exception of any writing notes sent during the approval process.

Cancelled orders during the design stage are charged 50% or more of total order cost. Payment of invoice shows approval of ALL elements of design and details. Please review before hand.

We do everything we can to ensure products arrive the same way they left our shop. By Whitney B does not accept responsibility for any damage caused during shipping transit. Insurance is added to each order in the amount of order.

We are happy to file a claim for you and remake the order once the claim has been approved. To do so, please email immediately with photos of the damage, outside of shipping package as well as as a photo of all interior shipping materials. *All packaging is required when submitting claim. Do not throw away, if you would like help with this.*

The claims process is ultimately the customers responsibility and By Whitney B reserves the right to deny assistance with filing for any reason.

Custom orders are always welcome! We can make virtually anything with our commercial laser machine. If you have an idea please let us know so we can give you a custom quote!

Due to the nature and originality of custom orders there are no refunds on orders once paid. However, there is room to update the order once placed by sending an email. Additional fees may apply.
